Are there people or groups devoted to helping the financially needy?

While owning my home free and clear, I have been unable to work the past three years, and property taxes are past due. My utilities like water, phone are off, and electric past due 4 months. I've written over 100 businesses, church mega ministries, Entrepreneurs, to no avail. Until I awarded Social Security Disability, there 's no hope of an income in site. So I need a loan, but have no credit history, or income to repay it. Can anyone out there help?
