Have been on adderall for many years, because lack of insurance, my Dr. gives me the tablets (not xr)..?

i have been on the tablet for a while, but my question is.. could the generic be weak? i read on this often, but i really feel not the same with this one ... please answer if you have had this happen or you know someone that has... im feeling out of sorts
