Help me plan my dream vacation or cruise with a $4000.00 budget.?

I want to plan a trip for next year anytime during or after March 2010. I love beaches. And I have only been to myrtle beach which is a two hour drive from me & on carnival once to mexico. I have also thought of going to jamaica. I want a room that is spacious & I will be paying to do this alone. I like private areas and eating a nice dinner when I get ready. I once even saw a bed on a cruise that looked like it was on the balcony but don't know what ship it was. I want to be pampered in mages and unlimited drinks. But again I love little cozy spots to be able to go to that is somewhat private with one day of nothing but parties around the corner. I also want a big garden tub in my room. Keep in mine I also have to include travel to get there from Columbia SC which is not cheap, don't know why. It must be something different even if its for couples like a room on the water or something. I'm open to all ideas but mostly from those that have experience. For certain reasons this may be my last trip.
