Everybody experiences pain differently and pain is often linked to anxiety so it could be you were feeling more internally anxious during the biopsy. Pain is something that is very personal and something that is experienced differently by everybody, I don't think it is comparable really, two people have the same procedure are likely to experience pain completely differently.
