Possible Coplications with colon?

It started as dull sensation in my lower back and worked it's way up. After a while one night had a rumbling stomach and felt cold,and after that night, i started experiencing tension headaches.Then my stomach complications started. I dind't necessarily have the urges to go, because i started to eat very little as i was paranoid*never had costipation don't know*. I drank lots of water and prune juice and ate fibers, and for a while had only diarhea. As time went on i was able to produce more solids. I had some very low abdominal pains to one side, and pains shooting through my legs. Also up my sides.Last couple of days i finally saw improvement. I had urges to go, i went, everything was consistent and solid and didn't feel obstructed coming out. Today however i went to the bathroom and i feel like i had to force myself, no urge to go but i'm paranoid, so very little came out. Small bit of blood on toilet paper, just a dab gone in one wipe. Serious?Doctor claimed virus in my back.
