What is better after having your tubes tied?

I had my tubes tied after my daughter was born 2 years ago. This is my 2nd marriage and we have been talking lately about having another baby.Since my husband don't have any children of his own! We have alot of questions and we don't know where to start. One option we are looking at is IVF. Has anyone had this after your tubes were tied? Did Insurance help pay for this or did you have to pay out of pocket? And how much? can you recommend a doctor in or near new jersey! The other option is the tubal reversal! please tell me what you think is the best way to go!
