Question about my cervix?

Hi. I have 3 children, 2 out of the 3 are twins. After I gave birth to my twins I had a tubal. I don't know exactly how they did the tubal. But I was reading that if they were just cut, they can grow back together. It's been a little over 2 years since I had it done. Now, when I was prego with my twins, my husband and I were trying to conceive, so I was checking my cervix on a daily basis and once I became pregnant. Recently I haven't been feeling well, I have been very tired, crampy, gy, sore , back pain, etc. My period is 2 weeks late, and ever since my tubal, it has been on a regular 30 day cycle. I have been checking my cervix at 2 different times of the day, in the morning, and at night, and it is low and hard. Is it possible I could be pregnant again? I have an appointment this coming Monday, but I just want to know if anyone else has been through this, and what was the outcome? I know someone who had a tubal, and got pregnant. But she winded up miscarrying the child. I am nervous.
