Should the state government in Texas be charging it's own $5 cover charge for strip clubs?

Hmmm....glad I dont live in Texas----but Pennsylvania's not much better! As a registered Libertarian, Im against all of these frivilous taxes and illegal government attempts to regulate the behavior of adults.
