Would this look cute?

For back-to-school I want a casual yet still flattering and new outfit for school. So, I'm wearing a new white camisole from Garage if you know what store that is, a blue, green, and white crisp on-down that's tight, but not too tight, so it flatters my slim hips without me being able to be called a you-know-what. And then I'm wearing just normal denim short shorts and flip-flops. Plus a necklace. Should I wear the necklace (it's 2 circles attached with this vertical diamond-lookin encrusted line) or gold bangles? Bangles are thin gold bracelets that make a noise when you jingle them. I'm not sure. For my hair, I have short shoulder-length as in real shoulder-length hair that's black and I'm going to straighten it and clip my bangs back with two bobby pins. Cute or bad? Please answer! Thanks!
