Gravel stuck inside a cut?

Hello, you need to clean it real good with antiseptic, to make sure any foreign object is out. As long as there will be a foreign object it will not heal but get infected. Clean it real good and put the yellow iodine around the cut, (not on the open part) it prevents infection. Use Neosporine on the cut. Hope it helps, works for me.
