My discharge has been weird recently..and my 's been itching a lot. What could be wrong?

My has been very sore for tha last few days and has weird discharge. This morning i wake up to see yellow thick discharge. And i have always had discharge it never stops for me. I have to change my knickers every so often.I have discharge every day. Is this normal and What's wrong?
