Uncomfortable encounter with my neighbor.?

A week ago, my neighbor (a female 60 someting woman) walked across the street and started criticizing the way I looked. She said I had lost too much weight lately and that my eyes looked sunk in and my legs like twigs and then asked if I was sick. What's weird about this is that I've been SLOWLY loosing weight over the past year and a half. I don't look sick, I look great. I have lost 45 lbs, but I'm eating very healthy and plenty of food. We've always had a decent relationship, now I am irritated with her and don't want to talk to her. I mean how rude, if she was really concerned with me wouldn't she be nicer? I am 5'8 and 140. That's not too THIN!!!
