Can someone live if there shot in the back?

you can live if you are shot in the back, although if the bullet hits any part of the spine, there is a threat of paralysis. it also depends on how deep the bullet s the body. if it goes all the way through and exits the front, survival chances aren't good. if it's not very deep, then the chances of survival are much better.
