Does the temperature difference in a peltier junction affect the amount of voltage produced?

I am trying to use a peltier junction to create a voltage and was wondering if the temperature difference between the cold/hot sides would affect how much is given off. Say, would the voltage be stronger if the temperature difference was 140F vs 100F?
