Science fair project on making perfume-can I interview Kimora?

My name is Britni Wilder I'm a 6 grader at St. Columba School. We are doing our yearly Science fair project. My favorite designer is Kimora Lee Simmons(Baby Phat) A part of the project is to interview professionals on behave of what the project is on, my project is making perfume. So I am sending this email asking if I can interview Kimora Lee Simmons just to ask a few question on making perfume for my 6 grade Science Project Fair.
