Star Wars Battlefront 2 AI use heros in instant action?

Hi! Im on the pc version of bf2 and i was wondering how to get the ai to use heros/villains like Vader and Luke in instant action. they are on the xbox version but i don't see them on the pc version. Is there a way to get it to work and if not is there a mod to get it to work.
