In July I thought (not even sure) the condom broke so I took plan b a week later I got a full period and then a month later about 32 days I got another full period. Yoga for Obese People?

I have a relative who weighs about 400+lbs. She's in pain 24/7, depressed and constantly dwells on death. Because of her pain she can't do anything but sit or lie down ... she's been diagnosed with a degenerative bone disease. It's hard to live with her because she's stressed-out, argumentative and she's always picking fights. But she's 70 years old, so I can't walk away. I know she still has a lot of life left in her; I see it at times. When she was hospitalized a couple of years ago she lost over 100 lbs; THEN she was a different person. She wasn't in as much pain and she was happier. Now she can't exercise because she can barely move; and because she's frustrated she won't try. (Stubborn)!! Does anyone know of any yoga moves that I can teach her that'll help her mental pain, as well as her physical pain? If she feels that she can do it she'll try. I have her doing breathing exercises now, but it's not enough; I CAN'T get her away from her stress.

My impression is that corn and other cellulose containing sources for ethanol fermentation must first be broken down into sugars before they can be fermented. Why not start with sugar beets or sugar cane and begin the fermentation immediately since the product is already sugar? Then after fermentation to ethanol, place the solids in an anaerobic environment and let anaerobes convert the remaining solids to methane gas. After methane extraction is complete, use the remaining solids for mulch or burn in a power plant. Locate all of these steps near the power plant to avoid transportation issues. Excess ethanol and methane can also be burned to generate electricity at the nearby powerplant.

For other dinners, I myself have worn jeans myself, but only real nice ones with a nice top. I also wear other pants or a casual dress to dinner. I would not wear ripped jeans, a tank top, shorts, or flip flops to dinner. Other sandals are fine, but since you are going to Alaska, sandals may be too cold. Flats would be good or a high heel like with a kitten heel would be great. I often will wear the same pants more then once, but with a different top because you are limited as to how many suitcases you can bring on a plane now. Bring some fun jewelery with you and mix it up. You will have a wonderful time in Alaska.

It'll come in time. I worried about this, too, but my daughter just sort of did it one day. Does she usually pee right before or after she poops? I think my daughter just accidentally pooped right after she peed one day, and once she saw it and made that connection, it was only a few weeks before she had it down. Your daughter is still pretty young, right? I'd just give it some time, giver her plenty of opportunities, and not worry about it.

This is normal. What bother me, is that you are masking your true feelings to accomodate him. A relationship needs both partners to pitch in and compromise, talk things out, and over-all love each other and know that no human being is perfect! You need to make him understand that you feel that he isn't putting in his all in your relationship and that you want to know why he acts the way he does. If he truely loves you and appriciates you for the intelligent, caring, and able-to-put-up-with-his-childish-behavio… type of girl you are, he won't prosecute you, but agree to see things from your perspective and try to compromise, and/or change his bahavior. If he gets angry at you for wanting to talk to him about this, tries to make you go through a guilt trip, or totally ignors your requests, then he is not the same person you fell in love with.

Seriously depressed...need a dog?

alright heres my story....Im 15 years old..last summer my room burnt down while i was in it and I almost died. Now its halfway through the school year I smoke weed 2-3 times a day im getting terrible grades im criminally truant and have been chronically depressed for months. Basically my life is going down the shitter. Fairily recently i have been spending more time with my girlfriends dog and have found that it really makes me happy to be around. after doing some research i found the type of dog i wanted and preposed it to my parents (I live in a renovated garage room so the dog wouldnt even have to interact with my parents all that much) who had previously said they if they could help i should just ask. Of course after much "deliberation" the answer came out to be a no. The reasons being that there was to much uncertainty in our lives right now. I have this feeling that if i could get a dog I could somehow get the motivation to get my life back on track. Right now my parents are talking about putting me on meds and i have explained to them that it makes more sense to help me with a natural alternative way (getting a dog) than with an artificial potentially damage substance...they just wont listen....i feel like my life is pointless without a dog in it at this point...what do i do?

Hi. I have 3 children, 2 out of the 3 are twins. After I gave birth to my twins I had a tubal. I don't know exactly how they did the tubal. But I was reading that if they were just cut, they can grow back together. It's been a little over 2 years since I had it done. I have had a feeling of throbbing in my back almost every day for over a year. I especially feel it if I am laying on my back or leaning back in a chair. Sometimes I feel it in my hands. The Dr. said it was most likely GAD. Even though I am not knowingly anxious, my body is in an anxious state. At times it is pretty strong and at other times I barely feel it. I am currently living with a nother friend because my husband wanted to have some space! We have been together for 7 years and married for 3 out of those 7 in June. I txt her back and asked her who is she calling baby! She tried to tell me that she calls all her friends baby. I asked my husband and he stuck to we r just friends. A few weeks later while he was sleep he recieved another message it was a picture of her in langerie! I forward the picture to my email account and printed it off. I asked my husband why would she send a pic to him like this and he said it's just a bikini! I reported them both to the SGT because I felt that I was being disrespected and I can't beat this girl up because she is a soldier and I don't want to hurt my husband's career. They put out a no contact order on them and I guess that was suppose to keep it down. They did not talk for a while and then my husband had CQ. It was an incident that just so happen to deal with him needing to get a report from her. Once that happened they went to the Field together and everything has went down hill. Long story short he began talking to her and ignoring me, drinking heavily, and not coming home. I found more text messages from her where she was buying him stuff and bringing it to him and then my last straw was when she txted him at 8 at night calling him baby again. As I went back into the history I found that she had invited him to her room to spend the night and he never responded to her so she was looking for an answer. I am currently trying to get a court order to get the message printed, and I have no idea wether he wants to stay married. He wanted me to give him some space because I went back to his job with the call records and the messages to show that they where still having contact. He has PTSD and maybe a few other problems and I feel that she is taking advantage of that. She is also a married soldier but her husband lives somewhere else. Does anyone have any good advice as to how I should go about this. I don't want a divorce, and he said that he loves me still. I see it but how could someone just put there family out? I had an advocate on my behalf who claims I had reason to leave, and she believes I should be granted benefits. During the hearing, the other "party" Lawyer for the Company, waived their right to the hearing, and were not present. Now, seriously-I am stressing out on the final decision. The judge said we would recieve the determination in writing, but I am so anxious I am ready to flip out and have an anxiety attack. What are the chances I will be granted benefits? I don't have an answer for you. I am in your boat due to get af on the 3rd. All my tests have been negative this far too. I have same symptoms as you plus odd mix of constipation/diarrhea. Odd eating habits, hungry like crazy but can't eat much. On off headaches and bloating. Tired but wake a lot either to pee or just discomfort. I have this guy friend who I am completely in love with. (I guess its true that guys and girls can't be friends without one falling for the other). He's managed to break down most of my barriers which is no easy task, believe me. He has my heart. I don't know if I unintentionally gave it to him, or he stole it. (He liked me too at one point). I want to tell him this SO bad, but I know he'd freak out and run out of my life. I know if I had a guy friend say he was in love with me I'd freak out. Do you think that House is falling into the typical repetitive plot syndrome of sydnicated TV series?

If you have paid attention to House, the Fox tv show, The first season revolved around the medical cases and made little to no reference toward the perosnal lives of the personnel, the second season dabbled into the personal life of House, and how it effected him at work, and also dipped heavily into inter-office politics at the hospital. Vogler was the big bad adversary that House couldn't overcome, but with teamwork and his resignation, House avoided it. Now the clinical dept. head that is a cop is the huge obstacle for him and all the loose plot threads of the last season and #3 so far are coming together. But it still seems like theyre bringing back the same storyline in a new context. Or could it be that since Hugh Laurie only signed onto 3 seasons that this is how they intend to hammer out the end of the contract in the series? What do ya think?

I am doing a science project for school. I am not entering the project in a science fair so it does not have to be in science fair format. Actually, my friend and I were igned to put on a project for our teacher. She wants to show the students how to present a project. What should I do if I feel i was unfairly laid off?

Due to the economy..lol, right!!! I was laid off from my job a little over a week ago. I have been with the company many years and I had worked really hard to make sure the customers were always satisfied. A couple of years ago i was in a car accident that left me on disability for several months due to surgeries and healing and what not.. The company does yearly reviews on their employees nad I was employed for 2 years before I received a review and it took them several months to give me my raise from it. All of my reviews have been excellent and "exceeds expectations" After my accident they put in my review that I was lacking in the attendance department. Because I was raised in a manner that is not roll over and take it, i fought them on it telling them it was a personal matter and it should not be relevant in my review as it was more than explanable and unavoidable. I was given another review shortly thereafter for some reason that was back to "exceeds expectations" and I have a copy of the email from my boss that was sent to me with a copy of the review and her word that she make sure I received proper compensation for my title. She never took care of this. so when we got a new boss I forwarded him the emails and he said he couldnt help me, so i again fought the system, and he told me in january of this year that he would review it with his boss and he would get back to me within a few days. This was never brought up again. I was moved into a new position..the third time this happened to me.. without a title change or a pay increase.. I also found out that new, inexperienced people that I had trained made alot more than I did and I had been there for years... People I had trained were awarded promotions that I had applied for and they hadn't, and when I was finally moved to the last position I was in, I was replacing someone who was making around $10 more an hour than I had been,, but because the company has a hush hush policy on speaking of the pay scale, I was unable to let them know I was aware of her pay. (If we are caught speaking about our pay we are immediately terminated) Well I was pretty ticked off after being laid off, but then I found out this week that not even a week after they let me go they hired on a girl that was working as a temp for our office that had been let go a few days before me. Now if they told me that I was laid off for reasons pertaining to the economy and they reviewed my attendance record (every day i took off was a scheduled vacation day or I brought a doctors note) and my performance (i already mentioned my performance as stated by the boss "exceeded expectations".. then why would they let me go and hire the temp they had also let go, shouldn't they have just moved me into the position theyhired her on for after letting me go... I just don't know what to do.. should I speak with an attorney about this.. i don't want to sue them.. i mean i do, but not for the money... because they are dirty a holes and they ahve done me wrong for 4 years and all i ever did was try my best to get my work done in an efficient manner.. I really did do my work very well.. there was absolutley no reason other than personal dislike for them to lay me off.. what should I do here.. my feelings are hurt, I know Im better off not working for a company like that, but I dedicated so much time and effort into that company and they cut me like I did something wrong.. Most of the primary teachers in our area use kid friendly comic sans ( or something like that. It's comic something) The secondary teachers mostly use verdana or century schoolbook. Your area may have different tastes, though. At Halloween, I use creepy. Some of the weirder ones are artistic, but hard for kids to decipher.

Is this Normal when taking Concerta?

I'm a college student, and I've never been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, but its finals week and i wanted something to help me study and stay motivated for final exams. one of my friends gave me his 54 mg Extended Release Concertas.. I took it about an hour and a half ago... I feel normal.. like absolutely normal. i dont feel any more focused or energetic. However, 35-40 mins after I did feel like a jolt of energy accompanied with some euphoria.. but that only lasted about 10 minutes... and i literally came down to being my normal self. Is this normal.....? I have no tolerance to these meds, and im taking the strongest pill concerta makes... and im not feeling a thing? Does it just take a while to kick in?

Wellness vs. Avoderm?

I've been feeding my dog Wellness and he's been doing well. I went to the local feed store today and two pet stores, Petco and Pet supplies plus and the price was $11.98 about 2 or 3 months ago for the 5 lb bag. Now it's $15.99!!!!!! Is that all over the country or just my area? So, anyway, I saw Avoderm and it was only $7.49 for the 4.4 lb bag and I got it and my dog loves it. My neighbor saw the bag and told me that it's not good for dogs cause it has avocados in it and that they are poisonous to dogs. I've looked it up and am getting ALOT of conflicting information. What does everyone on here think of these two questions about the Wellness price and the Avoderm being toxic to dogs? Any good info is welcome. Thanks.

If you have any weight its a lot easier. For pectorals overall push ups are just a great exercise as well as variations of them (triangle military clap), abdomen sit ups crunches leg lifts all work great for most other things you need weights.

Accident of history. Inasmuch as anyone cares, it should probably really be Earls Court, since most other references to the area don't have an apostrophe. Apparently the name on the tube map changed in the 50's and no-one really knowns why - my guess, just a typo.

I go into my audio settings, had it just like i like it, and no matter what, when I play superstar mode, it gets changed to on the field, and player chatter..it echoes, and it's REALLY annoying.
